How does a +UP Reward print?
You must make a qualifying purchase for the +UP Reward to print. After paying, it prints automatically at the bottom of your receipt. 

Why didn't my +UP Reward print?
1. The receipt does not print properly.

2. You did not purchase the correct items to trigger it.

What should I do if my +UP Reward does not print?
1. Make sure you have purchased the correct product(s).
2. Tell the cashier. Many times the cashier can remedy the issue if the machine is not functioning properly.
3. Ask to speak to the manager or customer service if the cashier cannot help. They will make all attempts to correct the situation.

4. Call 1-800-RITE-AID. Make sure to have your receipt on hand in order for the customer service representative to assist you easier. 

 

What can I use a +UP Reward to purchase?
+UP Reward's can be used towards almost any other transaction. Some restrictions do apply, so read before redeeming. Once you have earned some +UP Reward's you can use them to pay for your next purchase and to buy more items that earn +UP Reward's.

Do +UP Reward's expire?

Yes. Although most +UP Reward's do not expire for 2-3 weeks, some might be valid for only 1 week.  

 

Are there limits on what I can purchase? 
Yes. Certain limitations apply. See weekly circular for details. Discounts and passes not valid on prescriptions, prescription co-pays, cigarettes, alcohol, gift cards, online purchases, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, prepaid cards, stamps, other mail services and items prohibited by law and may not be combined with other offers.

 

3.  RiteAid Video Values coupons: Rite Aid Video Values is a program in which you watch different manufacturer brand’s commercials. These videos are typically about 30 seconds, then you can print off a coupon to use at Rite Aid on that product.  Most are high value coupons!  Each Month Rite Aid features new video’s to watch. There are 2 ways you can do this. 1. Watch all the video’s and leave them in your account until you are ready to print….or 2. Print as you watch them. Whichever method you choose please NOTE: you are only allowed to print the coupon once, so make sure your printer has ink and is ready to go, if you don’t you could lose your coupon.  SavingAngel does reference coupons that are No Longer Viewable (NLV), but the coupons have not yet expired.
