(4) Fill out the box that appears with your username and question subject.

(6) On the following screen, a large box appears on most of the screen, and a smaller box appears at the bottom. Click into the small box, type what you wish to ask, and press the Enter key on your keyboard to send.
(7) We'll answer you right away, and the transcript of our conversation will appear in the large box in the upper portion of your screen.
