After you submit a request, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours from our HelpDesk. If you do not receive an email, you can also look for our response by logging into the HelpDesk area and opening "Check Your Existing Requests". If you do not see your question, it may be to the right, under "View your recently solved and closed requests" tickets.
If you submitted a question directly through the HelpDesk, and you did not hear within 24 hours, please try again. Although we use a very good system, sometimes emails and messages are directed elsewhere. It is always best to submit your question directly within the HelpDesk area.
To put your membership on hiatus:
Occasionally members take short breaks from active SavingsAngel membership for vacations, travel or simply to use up the food supplies they've already stored. Putting your account on hiatus allows you to keep your account information active and allows you access to our affiliate program during your break, so it will be ready for you when you return. Simply submit a request to go on hiatus to our HelpDesk. Please be sure to include the date you wish to put your account on hold and the date you wish it to resume. (We are sorry, at this time we cannot offer this to members who pay via PayPal. This is due to our inability to control the internal renewal system PayPal uses to process account payments.)

Welcome back! Log-in using your name & password and select a membership under Add/Renew membership on your "Account" page.
Refund Policy:
SavingsAngel is an automatic self-renewing membership. Your membership will be canceled effective at the end the current membership period. We are unable to offer refunds or pro-rate current membership dues.
